This has been brought up on the forum and I thought it was also important enough to write a post for here. There are a couple of options for backing up; the one we use is an automated backup plugin which I am going to shortly do a video on showing how to install it. It is a bit of a pain to install but once it is there it just backs up everyday. It is called wpBackup if anyone wants a go at installing it before I get around to doing the video.
