Google Webmaster is telling me my 3 sites perform as much as 63% to 97 % slower than the average site. Anywhere from 5 to 14 seconds to open a page in either www. or not. Is this a server issue? Larry

It does seem to be a server issue, we had outage last week and the speed seems to have slowed somewhat since then. I have been in touch with our technicians and they are looking into the problem now for us.

The high load was being caused by a user using too much resources, the techs have taken action to help prevent this from occurring. It is better now, but bear in mind it is a shared server and will not be as fast as a dedicated server which only has your websites on it (cost approx $250 per month)

Hey Penny – the load time does seem to be better now. Thanks. How will your continued increase in sale of websites impact those of us wo are currently with you? Are there provisions for this increase bandwidth load or will the download time deteriorate as more and more websites are added to the server? By the way, got your Christmas email sale- might have another site I want to purchase soon. Thanks again for all your help – you guys are awesome!!

We will keep an eye on the speed of the server and would upgrade or purchase a new server if the need arises.
