You seem to be allowing comments ok now so I think maybe sorted it yourself. But for anyone else, there is a tick box below the blog post box which you can untick to not allow comments on the post.

William – sorry, I have just realised I misunderstood your question (it's late, I'm tired )
So…to place the comments feed back in the side bar, you go to wp-admin > Appearance > Widgets > left sidebar.
Then drag the box which says Recent comments into the left sidebar box.

Hello penny,
Im sorry i belive i was unclear before, when i go to google webmaster tools i see 404 page not found, before i had 2 of 2 blog posts showing now they are gone. When you first converted the site to wp there was a rss feed showing on the blog page now it is gone.
Thank you for responding to my issues so quickly, as a newbie to websites and wp you are my last resort, i try to figure out things on my own for at least a week before i attempt to bother you. Again thank you so much.

Hi William, I am still a bit lost with this question. Do you mean your own rss feed, and if so – which one was it? Latest posts for example. If that is the case you can go to Widgets and drag the appropriate box back to the left sidebar. If you can explain a little more I might be able to help more.
