To change the poster link you just go to /wp-admin, click on pages >
edit in the left column and change the page name (title), then update.

Meta tags are all added withing wp-admin aagin. To set up the main
metatags for your sites go to Appearance > Atahualpa theme options >
configure SEO

You can also change all meta tags on each page by going to the same
place as where you change the posters link (pages > edit pages) and
scrolling down, you will see areas to 'custom fields' which you can
complete for seperate metatags on each page.
