My question is, is it possible for a search engine to reward your site after it penalized it?
After bing flaged my site for malware and removed it from the index for 6 weeks, i consulted penny (my hero
)who confirmed that there was no malware on the site, i had to request them to re-review the site http://lakefishingtacklebox.com 3 times before finally geting a real person to respond to my email.
After the review i received an email stateing there was no (drive by malware) and i would be re-included within 2-3 days, yesterday i typed in (buy fishing tackle online)(type it yourself and see) and now i am ON THE FIRST PAGE OF BING out of 867,000 wooohooo. Check this out!
Is this a reward for being penalized, a mistake, or just good seo?

Well done! I think it is more than likely a reward for good seo rather than an apology from Google (not sure if they do that lol)
