Email requests becoming crazy

The last two weeks have been very, very busy for us with the launch of our new WordPress affiliate websites. They have been incredibly popular both gaining us new customers as well as many existing customers wanting to change to the new format with full admin.
We understand that although WordPress is very user-friendly and an exciting new concept, it can also be quite daunting for those of you with little or no experience of running a website with a content management system.

Due to this, we really have been deluged with emails and it is getting to the point where no work is being done, therefore we have come up with a solution which will hopefully help us get more work done and our customers gain success with their websites.

We have set up a forum at http://turnkey-designs.com/forum/ - it’s pretty empty right now as we have been so busy answering emails we haven’t had a chance to place any questions on there :) .  What we are hoping will happen is that you will use the forum to post your questions and they can then be of use to everyone in the future, providing a valuable database of information. We also hope that there will be some discussion on posts so that it isn’t just us answering as we know many of you have a lot of useful information to give.

Please do sign up and post on the forum rather than emailing as from now on any forum questions will be answered far more punctually than emails. We are hoping also that many of the questions we are asked will be able to be searched for on the forum and resolved by reading previous enquiries.

We are still offering changeover to the new system for just $75 for an existing website. Have a look at some of the recent WordPress websites we have designed at http://turnkey-designs.com/portfolio-wp/ and contact us if you would like to upgrade.

We look forward to chatting to you all on the forum
